## What does it actually look like to design training for transfer?

 In this working session, we'll take two common programs, onboarding and AI upskilling, and show how to design for transfer around the skills people need on the job.

 We'll use prebuilt assignments and rubrics to show the full experience, from completing the work and giving feedback to seeing the resulting skill evidence. You'll leave with a practical model you can apply to your own programs and two concrete examples of what training designed for transfer actually looks like.
